Dr Clarke is an experienced chartered educational psychologist, who has worked with children and young people for over thirty years. His areas of interest and expertise are; children and young people with social and emotional behavioural difficulties and children and young people who experience difficulties with acquiring learning. He has worked as a lead member of a primary child mental health team providing interventions for a range of difficulties including anger management, low level anxiety, ADHD and ASC.

Dr Clarke has taken the lead in developing interventions and training practitioners in techniques for working with troubled children and young people who can be oppositional, defiant and emotionally vulnerable.
