With over 20 years’ experience in the telecoms industry, including an apprenticeship at British Telecom, Moshesh observed first-hand the growing demand among employers for candidates with practical experience and strong soft skills-attributes often underemphasised in traditional, theory-based education.

LearnAnyJob.com entered into a partnership with Oakswood Group & ACELLR, to provide soft-skills and emotional literacy training to jobless candidates e.g. NEET (Not in Education, Employment, or Training). Together, they help candidates overcome barriers to meaningful employment and unlock their long-term career potential.

Throughout his career, Moshesh recognised the challenge of keeping professional qualifications relevant without ongoing, real-world experience. This insight inspired the creation of LearnAnyJob.com, a platform that connects businesses with individuals seeking work experience, incentivising employers to advertise opportunities and helping to bridge the gap between education and employment.

Moshesh has presented LearnAnyJob.com at high-profile events, including Virgin StartUp’s “Elevator of Dreams” campaign, reflecting the platform’s growing recognition.
